That time of year is finally around the corner! With opening night, October 7th, I am asking for all rosters to be in (posted in this thread and matching on your roster page) by Sunday September 28th at 10pm EST.
Please follow all guidelines - 25/25/15 max rosters.. 2 players over 1.55m max in the minors. All cap numbers need to be updated to 2025/2026 salaries (total salary found on Capwages).
All drops need to be posted in the waiver area. Once posted, there will be no more trades/adds/drops/movement until everything is loaded into Yahoo.
Please use this check list.
In your team thread we want to see the following:
-25 player NHL roster consisting of 2C, 2RW, 2LW, 6F, 6D, 2G, 5B 1NA (only to be used as an extension of the two +1.55m slots in the minors - can't be used to begin the season).
I am currently updating the player tracker with the Entry Draft Players (some '23 and '24 players didn't save - list is currently under Z and will be updates once I have all final rosters in - player tracker will be completely updated).
I'll have you check the tracker for player that I may have missed that you may have dropped or traded. There are always a couple that I miss. (Top corner, Find on Page, your team name, search)
In this thread, to indicate that everything is set how you want it to start the season (this includes meeting all of the above statements regarding your team thread), please list your NHL players with salaries and total team salary, and with full first and then last name (correctly spelled please). So we expect to see for each team a list of 25 players just listed like this:

Only post here in this thread once everything is done on your team thread. Posting here indicates to me that EVERYTHING in your team thread is ready for the season to start. Unless all the requirements for your team thread are met (listed above), you should not be posting your roster here.
Finally, between this deadline on the 28th and everything is checked and loaded into Yahoo there will be no free agent signings or player movement allowed. This is to ensure we have time to go through and check numbers, load rosters, etc with the least amount of confusion. I expect this to take a few days and will post when everything is set for the season to start (likely sometime within the week).
