Was signed on October 15th.

The player should be declared free since a slew of transactions have been made since then and 25 man roster limits should be accounted for.

Checking into this, there was no roster transaction made in the 4th sending him to the minors. He is not on the TML roster page and the minor league team is at 25 players currently listed on the roster page. I agree that he is currently a Free Agent and now the property of Seattle.

Please double check that you are posting roster moves/keeping your team page up to date to avoid situations like this.
