Congratulations to Las Vegas

In a matchup that came down to one assist and one block.. the closest matchup in about 7 years where a former Toronto team lost with one secondary Powerplay assist on the last day.
Dallas' first place finish in the regular season, second place in the season is the highest in franchise history. With a team that has been built almost entirely through the draft and FA signings over the years, with specific targeted trades, this team looks like it's ready to be a force for the next few seasons.
Las Vegas has brought home the championship for the first time in franchise history. In a year where attention to detail mattered most, he completed the season by finishing 4th on the year, a mix of home grown talent along with deals that have helped propel this franchise forward, Vegas should be ready to defend that title in the 2021-2022 season.
Congratulations also to both Orlando and Seattle who could have each been in this finals matchup. They both brought themselves out of the bottom 6 teams, climbed the ladder and made it into the top 4 this season.
Great season to everyone, and I look forward to the offseason, and draft
