Free Agency: signings will open up next Saturday September 11th at noon EST. So far the step by step process has worked out well. I have the first round of the draft loaded on the player tracker and will continue to update that. Remember, during the offseason there is no weekly limit of signings, but we still have the 12hr time limit in between signings.
