Roster finalization (2021 season)

While we are still waiting for final word from the NHL for the season start date, the roster finalization announcement will come soon after. However, because of the shortened season and the varying circumstances surrounding it, when finalizing your roster (and questions from other GMs) anyone being placed on LTIR prior to the season will not count against your cap or roster size when the season begins.
