New GM of the Lightning Franchise

The GM of the Tampa Bay Lightning, Alexandre, has decided to step away from the franchise after a long thought process on his end. He took a team that had a lot of gaping holes, and filled them with some promising young pieces.

After searching the globe, we have found our replacement who will be moving the Tampa Bay team to Portland.
