As of tomorrow (start of week 13), we will be tweaking the FA signing period rule. FA signings will still be capped at 3 a week, but there will no longer be a 12hr wait between signings. With Covid affecting teams in different ways, sometimes having 3-4 players go off in 1 day, it is just a way to fill the slots. 3 signings is 3 signings whether you want to use them at once or spread them out.
