The people of Windsor did not have to wait very long for a franchise to relocate to the City of Roses. The Edmonton Oilers have separated amicably from the province of Alberta and have taken their talents to Southern Ontario, relocating to the WFCU, which has, in the absence of their former team, housed numerous craft shows and mama expos. I'm sure the Spits fans will rejoice and welcome a new look Spitfires squad back with open arms.
